Day Shift RN High Acuity Care

About the role

North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is seeking full-time and part-time High Acuity Registered Nurses (RN).

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident care plans and report any changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor for side effects and report any issues.
• Oversight of nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff.
• Complete documentation and manage admission and discharge processes.
• Inspect residents for bruises, skin tears, or neglect and report findings.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in Medical, Surgical, and Higher Acuity care is preferred.

Pay

This rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive salary of up to $44.44 per hour (based on years of experience).

Schedule

Full-time healthcare positions work 8-hour shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Day shifts are currently available and require working every other weekend.
