Day Shift - Retail Sales Associate Keyholder

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service by acknowledging all customers and being attentive to shopper’s needs.
• Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels in accordance with store processes and procedures.
• Price and label products in accordance with store processes and procedures.
• Price and label products in the closeout section in the backroom.
• Process products from the Shipping/Returns Department.
• Perform keyholder duties for weekdays and weekends.
• Sets zone schedule and duties for team.
• Ensure fast and accurate service during customer shopping and check-out process.
• Perform general store maintenance and cleaning as assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist in large event sales, including the bi-annual Mason Tent Sale, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.
• Assist in performing annual inventory in accordance with store processes and procedures.

Education and/or Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience strongly preferred.
• Merchandising experience desired (Floor/Window Displays).
• Social media experience to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

• Ability to commit to scheduled work hours with a reliable mode of transportation.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work on your feet in a fast paced environment.
• Stand, walk and move for 8 hours shifts.
• Bend, twist, turn, reach, push and pull comfortably.
