Day Shift Nurse – LPN RN

The Opportunity

Position: Part-Time Nurse
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Setting: Memory care, long-term care, and assisted Living
Location: New Carlisle, Indiana

Compensation

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.21–$32.42/hour
• Registered Nurse (RN): $35.80–$40.66/hour

What You’ll Do

Role: As a member of our nursing team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining residents’ health, comfort, and quality of life. Your day may include:

• Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition
• Providing medications and treatments according to established care plans
• Delivering hands-on nursing services tailored to individual resident needs
• Communicating with physicians, families, and other members of the care team
• Maintaining timely, thorough clinical documentation
• Following applicable nursing standards, community policies, and regulatory requirements
• Helping create a safe, welcoming environment for residents
• Supporting the emotional and social needs of the people in your care

What We’re Looking For

• Current Indiana LPN or RN license
• Dependable attendance and a strong sense of accountability
• A resident-first approach to nursing care
• Able to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers

PREFERRED

• Previous experience in long-term care, senior living, memory care, or Alzheimer’s care
• Familiarity with the unique needs of older adults living with dementia
