About the Role

The Hilltop at Blue River is now under new management and offers daily pay—receive up to 70% of each paycheck the day you earn it. We are seeking compassionate individuals with dementia care experience to support our residents. This is a full-time position with benefits available for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility’s established policies, procedures, nursing care protocols, and safety rules.
• Conduct resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before administering care or serving food to ensure correct care is provided.
• Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water, and within the resident’s reach.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants or licensed as a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a CNA or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class.

Pay

Daily pay available—receive up to 70% of each paycheck the day you earn it.
