DAY Shift Caregiver (Tuesday- Saturday) @ The Springs at Carman Oaks

About the role

We are seeking authentic, warm individuals to join our team in transforming the way people work and experience senior living. This opportunity is for full or part-time Caregivers in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community, which features 33 apartment homes (16 assisted living and 17 memory care) and amenities such as restaurant-style dining, a pool and spa, and gardening spaces. Each day, you’ll help residents live with grace and dignity, supporting them in writing another important chapter of their lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Provide personalized care to residents in a small, beautifully designed community.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team with an excellent staff-to-resident ratio.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test.
• Love for seniors and a willingness to learn.
• Friendly, observant, flexible, reliable, patient, organized, and helpful.

No prior healthcare experience is required—we provide all necessary training, including optional ongoing online and in-person classes to support your career development.
