DAY Shift Caregiver (Sun-Tues) @ The Springs at Carman Oaks

About the role

We are seeking authentic, warm individuals to join our team in transforming the way people work and experience senior living. This opportunity is for full or part-time Caregivers in our beautifully designed Assisted Living and Memory Care community, featuring 33 apartment homes (16 assisted living and 17 memory care), restaurant-style dining, a pool and spa, gardening, and more. Each day, you’ll help residents live well with grace and dignity, assisting with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

If you’re new to healthcare, we provide all necessary training to ensure your success, along with optional ongoing training classes (online and in-person) to support your career growth. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with balanced assignments, thanks to our excellent staff-to-resident ratio.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Provide personalized care to residents in a compassionate and dignified manner
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure quality care for all residents

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn
