Seniors at Home, a leader in innovative home health care, seeks an entry-level Home Health Aide position with significant growth potential. This role involves direct work with frail patients, requiring patience, compassion, and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct, individualized care in a structured day program environment
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Supporting therapeutic exercises and activities as guided by on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapists
- Administering medications under the supervision of an on-site Registered Nurse (RN)
- Observing and reporting changes in patients' conditions to RNs or therapists
- Promoting a safe and supportive environment, reporting any potential safety concerns
- Accurately documenting patient care and activity as required
- Performing additional duties based on individual care plans or team direction
Requirements
This role requires a highly professional, personable individual who can thrive both independently and as part of a team. No prior experience is necessary, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required. CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a compassionate nature are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is helpful but not required.
Skills
Basic computer skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a positive attitude are key. Experience in a healthcare setting is not necessary, but previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.

Pay
