What You'll Do (Real Impact Work)

• Spend your day helping adults with disabilities live meaningful, engaging lives
• Support individuals in daily activities, life skills, and personal goals
• Lead or assist with fun, engaging activities (art, music, games, community outings)
• Provide encouragement, structure, and positive support
• Aid with personal care when needed (with dignity and respect)
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Track progress and celebrate successes

Pay & Benefits

• $20-$22/hour starting pay
