Day Program Manager

About the Role

ResCare Community Living, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Day Program Manager to oversee services and operations for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Denton, TX. This role ensures person-centered support, regulatory compliance, and program growth while fostering independence and community integration.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for program employees.
• Program Management: Implement and monitor individual program plans, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records.
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain communication with individuals, families, case managers, and other stakeholders.
• Health Care: Oversee medication administration, health care documentation, and dietary planning.
• Finance: Manage budgets, approve purchases, and ensure accurate billing and utilization.
• Maintenance: Oversee facility and vehicle maintenance, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Incidents: Implement strategies to reduce incidents, ensure timely reporting, and address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Medication Management Certificate and Mandatory Reporter Certificate (company-provided training).
• Other state-required certifications and training.

• Physical ability to perform medium work, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay

$17.10 per hour / $35,568 per year

Full Time - Salaried + OT
