Job Summary
SCA is seeking an energetic and dependable Day Porter to provide commercial property services at various retail and highway locations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a pickup truck to complete assigned stops on a scheduled route
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Perform general labor duties including:
- Litter pickup along highways and public areas
- Cleaning and maintenance at commercial properties
- Leaf blowing and sidewalk clearing
- Trash bag replacement and disposal
- Property walks to identify maintenance or safety issues
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Outdoor work experience preferred
- Able to follow directions and read maps
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Safe operation of a pickup truck required
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and perform moderate manual labor throughout the shift
