Oranje Commercial Janitorial is looking for energetic individuals who want to bring their passion for cleaning to an environment that fully supports their ability to grow, learn and succeed.

Schedule

1st Shift Custodian/Rover, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours weekly).

Pay

$17.00/hour. Mileage may be reimbursed and a vehicle may be provided by Oranje depending on location.

Responsibilities

• General janitorial/custodian duties daily
• Assist with callouts, vacation requests, and cover for vacancies in various locations
• Sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting, vacuuming
• Cleaning drains, descaling, spot removal
• Restroom cleaning
• Stairs, elevators, windows, doors/hinges
• Wiping surfaces, emptying garbage
• Power washing
• Patrol areas, identify and report maintenance issues
• Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Age of drivers: 23–72
• Arizona-issued driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Pass required background checks and obtain any site-specific clearances, including extensive federal clearances when required
• Pass a drug test
• Pass E-Verify
• Reliable and punctual
• Attend a driver class upon hiring
