About the role
A Day Porter performs overall janitorial services and is cross-trained as a restroom specialist, vacuum specialist, utility specialist, glass specialist, light duty specialist, pressure washing technician, and floor technician.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and procedures without exception
- Dusting
- Dust mopping
- Damp mopping
- Emptying trash
- Spot cleaning walls
- Spot cleaning carpet
- Vacuuming carpet
- Cleaning restrooms
- Cleaning glass and desktops
- Performing other similar and related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to build relationships with management and fellow employees
- Ability to stay on task while working independently
Pay
$17 an hour
Schedule
Wednesday–Sunday
Start time: 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 7:00 am–3:30 pm
