Responsibilities
- Collection and disposal of garbage and recycling
- Vacuuming of carpets
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Clean bathrooms
- Dusting and cleaning of work surfaces
- Clean windows and window frames
- Maintain security of the property
- Clean kitchens, including appliances and cabinets
- Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Clean laundry areas including appliances
- Clean patio areas and balconies
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn or develop efficient work processes
- Self-motivated, work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
