About the role

As a Day Porter, you'll be a key player on our team, ensuring our clients' properties always look their best. If you value accountability, reliability, and positivity, Katsam is the place for you!

Responsibilities

• Drive to properties: Use company vehicles to travel efficiently between job sites.
• Remove debris: Keep flower beds and landscaped areas free of trash and debris.
• Empty trash cans: Ensure bins are clean and surrounding areas look great.
• Handle client requests: Tackle special tasks like removing items from trash areas.
• Keep it clean: Walk the property to ensure it's always clean, safe, and inviting.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Are dependable and accountable, taking pride in quality work.
• Can work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay active throughout the day.
• Have an eye for detail and a passion for making spaces look their best.
• Possess a strong work eth work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
