Day Porter

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility throughout the day. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, break rooms, and restrooms.
• Restock supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper) as needed.
• Monitor and remove trash and debris from public areas and outdoor spaces.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings or events.
• Inspect and report maintenance (e.g., light bulb replacement, plumbing problems).
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance while providing courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Requires physical activity such as lifting, bending and walking.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
