THE POSITION
Location: Wayzata, MN (55391)
- Hours: Saturday & Sundays 8-10 or 12-hour shifts
*flexible
Evenings Monday through Friday 4- or 5-hour shifts
Overnights Sunday through Wednesday 10-hour shifts

A 11-year-old with a g-tube and autism diagnosis
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights
- Night & Weekend Bonus Structure:
- Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
- Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
- Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children.
The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
