About the Role
As a Junior Camp Counselor at Y camp, you will supervise and ensure the safety of a small group of campers. You will assist with the planning and implementation of activities that meet Y camp curriculum expectations. Your enthusiasm will be leveraged to supervise, participate with, and engage campers to create a high-quality, fun camper experience.

Requirements
- An interest in the well-being of camp-age children.

- The ability to clearly communicate and effectively listen to children, parents/guardians, members, and other Y associates.
Qualifications
- Completion of the Y Code of Conduct with Youth training.
- Compliance with legal reporting requirements for safeguarding youth.
