About the role

As a Forklift Warehouse Associate, you will safely and efficiently move, load, and unload pallets of fresh produce and other goods within the warehouse. This role involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to organize and stage products for shipment, replenish inventory, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Attention to detail, adherence to company quality standards, and teamwork are essential to uphold the high service standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate warehouse equipment at all times and follow all safety guidelines
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload pallets of fresh produce and goods
• Transport products to designated storage areas or staging zones for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform all other assigned duties

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience required
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment for 8+ hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to take direction from all levels of management
• Ability to work independently within a team setting
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English for the automated headset

Schedule

• Days Working: Tuesday - Saturday
• Days Off: Sunday & Monday
• Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
