Day CNA

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned by the nursing staff.
• Auxiliary in the implementation of nursing care plans.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in patient’s condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements

• Experience in long-term care.
• A passion for helping others.

Benefits

• Pay for training if not certified, at a reduced amount until certified.
• Final wage depends on experience.
