About the role

Come join our team at NHC HealthCare Columbia! We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care and comfort, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the provision of basic patient care
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and common areas
• Report any changes in patient condition to supervising staff
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Tennessee CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer 12-hour shifts, both full-time (6a-6p) and part-time options.
