Requirements

• Spend time with patients—listen, talk, and share moments of warmth
• Support group activities like music, games, art, light exercise, or storytelling
• Absorb and assist the team with welcoming visitors, meals, and small events
• Learn about palliative care and witness inspiring stories of resilience
