Essential Functions
- Cook up days activities
- Solve problems
- Setup the playing field
- Enforce established rules for the sport and age divisions assigned
- Recognize and eliminate potential hazards from the playing area before and during games
- Actively monitor program area to ensure safe use of facilities and equipment by all parties including participants, coaches, parents and guests
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community
- High School Diploma
- Minimum two seasons experience as a player or official for sports assigned
- Knowledge of rules and protocols for sports assigned
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications or must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual skills
- Prior knowledge/experience in the game of basketball and or soccer
