About the role
The Salvation Army’s Lowell Corps. is hiring (2) Day Camp Group Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Duties include conducting in-house Summer Day Camp program under the supervision of the Day Camp Director.
- Works with the Day Camp Director to plan, prepare, and implement daily activities.
- Led devotional time on a rotation basis.
Requirements
- Must have a DPH qualified and/or BA degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate.
- Must have First Aid and CPR training.
- Must have physical stamina and the ability to relate well with children and adults.
- Minimum of six months experience working or volunteering with school age children.
- Experience with Christian Education Programs for school age children such as Sunday School or Vacation Bible Study.
- Must have a keen interest and sincere appreciation for children.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay
- Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
- Starting pay varies depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Hours/week: 30 hours per week.
- July 21st - 26th and August 4th - 7th.
