DAY and NIGHT Order Selectors

About the role

Atlantic Food Distributors, with over 65 years in food distribution service and a Greek‑heritage‑driven culture that values food, family, community, and employee success, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join the warehouse department as a Night shift Order Selector.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver a double pallet rider jack through the warehouse while building safe, stable pallets.
• Use scanner guns and labels to locate products (cases, boxes, bags).
• Build secure pallets in order of stop for customer delivery.
• Work in compliance with company standards of accuracy, product safety, and labeling, as well as OSHA and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Ability to match labels to items and perform simple math.
• Ability to use handheld scanner devices.
• Ability to use a double pallet rider jack.
• Inspection of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Commitment to arriving to work on time and as scheduled.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly.
• Willingness to work in different temperatures (Freezer ‑10°F, Cooler 28‑38°F, Dry ambient).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass random drug test and background check.

Pay

Nightshift employees start at $18.00 per hour plus attendance incentives.

Schedule

5 days per week, Sunday–Thursday night, starting at 7:00 p.m. with finish times varying; targeted 8‑11 hour shifts. Overtime and weekend work are available during peak season.
