Role Summary: As a DAY 7a-7p LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and provide wound care. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively educate residents and families on their care, while your attention to detail will ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
