About the role

Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd., a leading Pakistani food brand, is recruiting for two critical roles in finance and supply chain management. The Assistant Manager GR/IR position is based in Lahore, while the Assistant Manager Supply Chain role is located in Muridke.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end invoice posting, ensuring accurate financial transaction processing
• Conduct GR/IR reviews and reconciliations, reporting key findings to management
• Supervise the invoice parking and posting process, ensuring accuracy and process compliance
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools
• Apply income tax and sales tax knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy
• Analyze GR/IR accounts and open items in collaboration with the Operations team
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
• Resolve internal and external queries in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP with understanding of its architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting & analysis
• Practical knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws
• MS Office/SAP Proficiency
• FMCG Experience Preferred

Qualifications

• CA Finalist / ACCA (5) / M.Com for Assistant Manager GR/IR
• BS/Masters in Supply Chain or related fields for Assistant Manager Supply Chain
