Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and provide overall supervision and control on site
- Oversee field employees’ activities
- Manage jobsite deliveries
- Maintain vendor and supplier relations
- Control subcontractor activities
- Handle overall site planning and management
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the Project Superintendent and/or field workers’ activities
- Determine methods of construction
- Assess manpower levels
- Determine material needs and purchase quantities
- Identify equipment needs and temporary power sources
- Establish project work schedule
- Approve actual hours worked by company and temporary employees
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage all estimating activities associated with assigned projects
- Review plans and specifications
- Determine material and labor requirements
- Perform quantity takeoffs
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop project budgets
- Identify scope gaps and risks
- Prepare bid proposals
- Coordinate with project stakeholders throughout the preconstruction process
