Construction Laborer / Co-Owner

About the role

Keller Inc. is a Design/Build General Contractor with locations in Kaukauna, Wausau, Germantown and Sun Prairie, WI. We are currently seeking Construction Crew Members to join our team in Kaukauna.

Responsibilities

• Concrete Setting: Set concrete forms for footings, walls, and flatwork.
• Finishing Concrete: Finish interior and exterior concrete for floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slabs.
• Building Erection: Perform building erection of pre-engineered and wood framed buildings, install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing.
• Carpentry: Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial and agricultural projects, frame interior walls, install trim and door frames.

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience demonstrating the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
• Willingness to travel within the state of WI.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height).
• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor.
• Comfortable working at heights for Building Erection position.
• Preferred ability to obtain CDL for Concrete positions.
• Ability to operate hand/power tools, equipment, and lift equipment on site.
• Skills to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
