Position Title: Davenport Machinist An established manufacturing company in Marion, NC, is seeking an experienced Davenport Machinist to oversee setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and production operations for approximately 12 Davenport screw machines. This hands-on leadership position involves maintaining equipment performance, ensuring consistent product quality, and guiding a small team of machine operators. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced lead before transitioning into full responsibility for the department. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Davenport setup professional with extensive hands-on experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, and the confidence to work independently.
