The role Legal work is drafting, research, analysis and judgement under a jurisdiction’s rules. You’ll build the datasets that teach models to do it carefully, with practising lawyers as contributors and citation accuracy as a hard constraint. What you’ll own Task families across contract review, statutory interpretation, legal research and client advice.A contributor bench of attorneys across practice areas and jurisdictions.Grading standards that reward sound reasoning and penalise fabricated authority.Reference collections of statutes, cases and documents that tasks are grounded in.Review of contributor work and resolution of reviewer disagreements. What you bring JD or equivalent and four or more years of substantive practice.You’ve drafted, negotiated or litigated, and have views on what rigorous analysis looks like.The ability to decompose a legal workflow into steps a task can test.Strong editing and people management. Helpful, not required Experience in legal technology, e-discovery or knowledge management.Non-US or multi-jurisdictional experience.
