The role You’ll own the datasets we build for financial work: modelling, reconciliation, audit, valuation and reporting. That means deciding which tasks matter, recruiting the practitioners who can do them properly, setting the bar for their work and delivering to customers who will check it. What you’ll own Scoping programs with customer research teams: the capability, the task distribution and the acceptance criteria.A bench of analysts, accountants and finance operators who contribute to the program.Task specifications and grading rubrics, written and refined with those contributors.Final review of delivered work. You are the last reader before a customer.Reporting on throughput, quality and what the data changed in model behaviour. What you bring Four or more years in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, audit or FP&A.You’ve built and checked real models and know where the errors hide.Strong writing and the ability to run a program without being told what to do next.Advanced spreadsheet skills and a willingness to learn light scripting. Helpful, not required CFA, CPA or an equivalent qualification.Experience managing contractors or analyst teams.
