• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across servers, storage systems, and network devices.

Install & Maintain

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and structured cabling.

Ticket Management

• Accurately track, update, and close service tickets in a timely manner.

Collaboration

• Partner with engineers and fellow technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Continuous Learning

• Participate in training programs to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Support hardware inventory tracking and lifecycle management.

Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC)

• Assist with installations, labeling, rack/stack, and connectivity during upgrades and deployments.

Compliance & Security

• Adhere to site security protocols and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
