Datacenter Program Manager - Compliance

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all datacenter metro level audit and compliance projects, initiatives, and ongoing operational activities including site safety drills and tabletop exercises.
• Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.
• Empower a culture of safety and security in global datacenter operations by complying with CO+I’s safety programs and policies and completing compliance knowledge assessments.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Qualification or equivalent AND 3+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environmentsOR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• Possess a record of accomplishment in operational excellence.
• Build productive and collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Experience in managing Compliance in large-scale mission critical infrastructure environments.
• Articulate communicator and influencer who is credible, self-assured, and highly capable of negotiating successful outcomes with key business leaders.
• Have technical skills and the ability to explain complex issues and requirements in an easily understood manner.
• Apply previous learning and ideas to new situations, projects, and teams, developing creative solutions to manage risk.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen that includes experience working with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by the flow of operations.
