About the role

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Cover owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams throughout all project phases
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Maintain project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and scope challenges
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Utilize Procore, Owner Insite, and Bluebeam for project management, documentation, and collaboration
  • Manage procurement activities and subcontractor performance
  • Support project planning, sequencing, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Oversee project closeout, punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty processes

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing projects from cradle to grave
  • Experience overseeing office, healthcare, and/or K-12 (ISD) construction projects
  • Strong proficiency with: Procore, Owner Insite, Bluebeam
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, change management, and project controls
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to Oklahoma approximately 3 days per week

Qualifications

  • Experience with ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
