Database Developer

Responsibilities

• Create content for different channels of communication, including use cases, implementation manuals, instructions for automation schemes, and marketing content.
• Co-create marketing content such as blog posts, screencasts, and videos.
• Learn about client needs and requirements through calls and demos.
• Provide support to clients by answering their questions and suggesting appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and, preferably, one other European language.
• Great communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
• Basic audio/video editing skills and willingness to learn how to create different forms of online content.
• Experience in creating product documentation in English is advantageous.
