Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator
  • Extensive experience managing and administering Azure SQL Databases
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Proven experience in utilizing APIs and modern data integration technologies
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Power BI
  • Proficiency in database optimization techniques
  • Strong scripting skills in T-SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python
  • Experience with database design principles and data modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization
  • Strong experience working with SQL, Dataverse, and Azure-based data platforms
  • Proven experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple SaaS platforms and APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex, multi-source datasets
  • Ability to translate AEC business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role
  • Prior experience working in an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) firm
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint, including project, financial, and labor data
  • Familiarity with architectural, engineering, or project delivery data, such as fees, budgets, schedules, utilization, and project performance
  • Experience with building, space, or facilities data analysis

Skills

  • Expertise in Azure SQL Database and Microsoft Dataverse
  • Strong experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in database optimization techniques and scripting
  • Experience with data integration technologies and APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
