Responsibilities

• Provide application support and technical leadership
• Troubleshoot data‑platform issues
• Troubleshoot ETL pipelines, large datasets, data‑quality issues, and performance or scalability bottlenecks
• Own incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, communicate with stakeholders, and provide technical coaching

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application support, technical leadership, or data‑platform troubleshooting
• Hands‑on Azure data engineering and Python experience
• Working knowledge of Databricks and PySpark, including notebooks, data transformations, and read/write operations
• Advanced T‑SQL and data warehouse skills, including stored procedures, functions, execution plans, indexing, and query optimization
• Understanding of RDBMS concepts, reporting flows, data movement, and production support practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Delta/Parquet, AKS, SSIS/MSBI, Power BI, Alteryx
• Knowledge of ERP extraction concepts and audit or accounting‑related data
