About the role
The individual in this role perform commoditized activities which may include monitoring, event management, service requests and engineering. This individual will have foundational experience in network, systems, application, access requests, production support, or security engineering, and consistently work independently in performing activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Open triage bridge line, update bridge board and engage teams as required.
- Maintain solutions that are aligned to security, redundancy, and archiving blueprints and strategies.
- Support client on boarding.
Qualifications
Foundational experience in network, systems, application, access requests, production support, or security engineering.

Pay
Salary range: $43.15 – $53.15 per hour. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
