Data Web Analytics Lead
About the role
The Data Web Analytics Lead position at Tinuiti is a critical role in driving growth and eliminating waste through data-driven strategies. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, or feed management, with a focus on data strategy, infrastructure, and system health.
Responsibilities
- Data Strategy: Curate measurement of client websites from intention to technical execution, consult on data ecosystems, and translate impact of implementation into down-funnel results.
- Thought Leadership & Education: Champion a data-driven culture by translating complex analytics concepts into accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Data Infrastructure & System Health: Assist with monitoring and maintenance of data pipelines, integrate 1P data solutions, manage user access and permissions, and support strategic liaisons.
- Technical Operations & Cross-functional Support: Issue resolution, strategic guidance, data enrichment insights, tagging, QA, problem solving, continuous learning, and A.I. tool incorporation.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–7 years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or feed management.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Data Proficiency: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a basic understanding of SQL.
- Foundational Knowledge: Proficient with tag management, dataLayer functionality, and understanding data passage.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues, document recurring feed errors, and stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.
- Desire to learn and grow within the signal enrichment field.
Skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Basic understanding of SQL (copying/pasting queries).
- Proficient with tag management, dataLayer functionality, and understanding data passage.
- Understanding of consent signals and functionality as well as API integrations.

Pay
Hiring salary range: $105,000 - $115,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
