Data Visualization - JavaScript Professionals

About the Role

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also bridge the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Implement visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions.
• Work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic.
• Bridge the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure.
• Technically document software deliverables through use cases, design documents, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Solid experience in writing cross-browser compatible front-end code.
• Experience with webpage loading performance techniques.
• Experience with integrating UI code with server-side platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
• Motivated to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects.

Qualifications

Education:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
• PG: MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization

Skills

• Sound knowledge of ES6 JavaScript and HTML5.
• Knowledge of MVC Architecture.
• JavaScript libraries: AngularJS, ReactJS.
• JSON and XML.
• Best practices in JavaScript coding and high-performance web pages.
• Good knowledge of SQL (exposure is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
