About the Role
As a Data Validation Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Risk & Regulatory practice, focusing on leveraging advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others.
Responsibilities
- Lead data validation and risk management initiatives to support client objectives.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Develop and implement data quality improvement plans to enhance data integrity.
- Manage and mentor teams to deliver data-driven solutions and meet client expectations.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integration processes for seamless data flow.
- Design and deploy data visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address data challenges and optimize business performance.
- Apply statistical modeling and predictive analytics to solve complex business problems.
- Oversee the development of scalable data solutions to support client operations.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
Qualifications
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, or Finance.
- At least one of the following certifications or proficiencies: databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS).
- Demonstrated proficiency in data validation and risk analysis.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellence in complex data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Commitment to embracing technology and innovation to enhance client delivery.
- Experience mentoring team members to develop skills outside their comfort zone.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
