Data Validation Analyst
About the role
In the Data Validation Analyst role at Kind Mechanics, you will support data-quality assessment, validation rules, exception analysis, and remediation tracking. The position combines structured day-to-day work with the judgment to recognize exceptions, document them clearly, and route them appropriately. Your work should be easy to audit and understand after the fact. That means using consistent naming, complete notes, and documented procedures rather than relying on memory or informal assumptions. Accuracy should be preserved even when volume increases. If a deadline conflicts with the quality required to complete work responsibly, you should raise the issue early and make the tradeoff visible to the appropriate owner.
