Data Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks for data validation and ETL processes
• Perform data testing and validation in Snowflake to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to streamline testing and deployment processes
• Manage defect tracking and analysis, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Conduct production validation and release verification to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Generate detailed reports on test results and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation and data validation

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and validation
• Experience in data testing and ETL testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data validation
• Proven experience in developing automated test frameworks
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Strong defect management and analysis skills
• Experience in production validation and release verification
• Ability to generate reports and analyze test results effectively

Qualifications
