We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Need to preserve substantive info. Let's parse the posting: It starts with marketing about company, then "Why Work With Us?" with benefits list. Then "The Data Technician III is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing cable infrastructure..." then "Essential Functions" list bullet points. Then "Minimum Qualifications" list. Then "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" list. Then "Physical Demands". Then "Work Environment Conditions". Then "Qualification Requirements". Then EEO etc. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph about company and role?). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Knowledge, Skills And Abilities). Skills (maybe combine? but we can separate). Benefits (the "Why Work With Us?" list). Pay (none). Schedule (none). So we will not include Pay or Schedule sections. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include the company description and why work with us benefits. Also essential functions list. Minimum qualifications list. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list. Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Could put Physical Demands under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements (physical demands). Work Environment maybe also under Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. So we can create sections for each distinct block: About the role (company overview + why work with us?), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications + Physical Demands + Work Environment), Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities), Skills (maybe not needed separate if covered). Benefits (Why Work With Us). Could also have a separate Skills section if we want to pull out skills from Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. But we can just put that under Qualifications. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

    Data Technician III

. Good. We must not put Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    About the role

    Why Work With Us?

But heading must be from allowed list: Benefits. The heading "Why Work With Us?" is not in list; we should map to Benefits section heading

    Benefits

. So we will use Benefits heading. Thus:

    Benefits

    • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
    • Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off for rest, family, and self-care.
    • Career Growth: You’ll benefit from continuous learning, mentorship, and leadership training including access to CBX University, our in-house development program.
    • Supportive Culture: Innovation, creativity, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
But note the original list had colon after each heading; we can keep as list items. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

The Data Technician III is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment. The ideal candidate will be able to meet the physical demands of the worksite while also providing excellent customer service.

    • Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to code and industry standard practices
    • Running, pulling, and terminating copper
    • Assist co-workers with installation and routine maintenance of structured cabling systems
    • Ensuring that products are installed to industry standards, faceplates and labels neat and plumb ensuring a professional appearance
    • Maintaining project housekeeping protocols
    • Assist with keeping track of site tools and materials to avoid loss or damage
Now Requirements: include Minimum Qualifications, Physical Demands, Work Environment Conditions. We could combine into one Requirements section with sublists? But we need to use
    • for any list. We can have multiple lists. Let's do:

      Requirements

      • OSHA 10
      • Demonstrate ability to ask applicable questions and willingness to learn new skills
      • Punctuality and consistent daily attendance
      • BASIC HAND TOOLS OWNED BY EMPLOYEE, (DRILL, SNIPS, SCREDRIVERS, LEVEL)
      • Ability to use basic hand and power tools to perform assigned job site tasks
      • Understanding of safety as it relates to each division and the use of appropriate safety measures in daily tasks
      • Familiarity with industry and best practices
      • Demonstrate ability to work successfully independently and in a group setting
      • Ability to install cabling according to industry standards with minimal supervision
      • Ability to install cable pathways including but not limited to: J-Hooks, Basket Tray, Ladder Rack
      • Ability to dress cables neatly and in-line with applicable standards
      • Ability to use hand and power tools to assist in building out data closets including but not limited: 2-Post Racks, Ladder Rack, Setting Cabinets
      • Ability to terminate and install standard industry copper connectors with minimal supervision/training
      • 4-Pair cable terminations
      • Multi-Pair cable termination
      • Applicable color codes
      • Coaxial terminations
      • Basic troubleshooting (Toning, Butt-set, etc.)
      • Basic alert cabling terminations (speakers, horns…etc.)
      • Familiarity with fiber products
      • Ability to identify different fiber types (Single mode and Multimode)
      • Ability to identify different fiber connectors (LC, SC, ST, MPO, APC)
      • Some entry level manufacturer and/or industry training, examples include: CommScope Uniprise, Panduit, PCT
      • Basic understanding of bonding and grounding installation principles: Telecommunication Busbars, Compression style connectors, Routing and installation of bonding conductors
      • Basic understanding of firestopping principles: Firestop Caulk, Firestop Pillows, Firestop Putties
      • Basic understanding of transmission principles: Copper, Fiber, Copper Testing – Setup testing equipment and save test results
      • Properly read redline drawings with accuracy
Then Physical Demands and Work Environment could be separate subheadings but we only have allowed headings; we could add another

      Requirements

already used; we could add another

      Physical Demands

but not in allowed list? The allowed list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, About the role, Responsibilities. Physical Demands not allowed. So we must fold them into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably Requirements is appropriate. Thus after the Minimum Qualifications list we can add another list for Physical Demands and Work Environment. Let's add:

      Requirements

... we already have a heading; we cannot have two same headings? It's okay but better to combine all under one Requirements heading with multiple lists separated by

      maybe. We'll do:

      Requirements

      Minimum Qualifications:

        ...

      Physical Demands:

        ...

      Work Environment:

        ...
Now Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities.

      Qualifications

      • Limited experience up to 2 years.
      • OSHA 10, preferred but not required for hire.
      • Aerial lift certification.
      • Fall protection certification/training.
But also the Knowledge, Skills And Abilities section includes many items; we could treat that as Skills section. Actually we have a Skills heading allowed. So we could put the Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list under Skills. And Qualifications could be the limited experience etc. Let's decide. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Thus: - About the role: company overview. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications + Physical Demands + Work Environment. - Qualifications: Limited experience up to 2 years, OSHA 10 preferred, Aerial lift certification, Fall protection certification/training. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list (the long list of abilities). - Benefits: Why Work With Us list. That seems appropriate. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove all that. Now craft final HTML. Check for any repeated content: Ensure we captured all substantive info. Let's list all substantive blocks from posting: 1. Intro marketing paragraph (Join CBX Solutions...). 2. Why Work With Us? bullet list (Comprehensive Benefits, Work-Life Balance, Career Growth, Supportive Culture). 3. The Data Technician III is responsible for installing... (role description). 4. Essential Functions bullet list (6 items). 5. Minimum Qualifications bullet list (many items). 6. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities bullet list (Limited experience up to 2 years, OSHA 10 preferred, Aerial lift certification, Fall protection certification/training). 7. Physical Demands paragraph (spends more than 2/3 time standing..., etc.) 8. Work Environment Conditions paragraph (proximity to forklifts..., etc.) 9. Qualification Requirements paragraph (To perform this job successfully...). 10. EEO etc (remove). We need to ensure we captured all. We have: - About the role: includes intro marketing paragraph (maybe also includes the role description? Actually role description is separate; we put that under Responsibilities preamble). Good. - Benefits: we captured the Why Work With Us list. - Responsibilities: we included role description sentence + Essential Functions list. - Requirements: we included Minimum Qualifications list, Physical Demands list, Work Environment list. - Qualifications: we included Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list (Limited experience up to 2 years, OSHA 10 preferred, Aerial lift certification, Fall protection certification/training). - Skills: we need to put the Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list? Wait we already used that for Qualifications. Actually the Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list is the one with limited experience etc. That's more like qualifications. The earlier "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" heading in the posting includes those four items. So we should map that to Qualifications. Then what about Skills? The posting didn't have a separate Skills section beyond that. So we
