Job Description

Lead and coordinate department-wide initiatives that improve business processes, data management, technology use, and organizational effectiveness.

Bring together staff from across the Department to identify challenges, evaluate options, and develop solutions to complex business and operational issues.

Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and help teams implement practical changes that support better outcomes.

Build relationships across program areas, facilitate collaboration, and help move initiatives from planning and discussion to implementation.

Develop standards, guidance, and documentation that support consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Department.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in urban, regional, transportation, or landscape planning;
  • OR
  • Experience in environmental, transportation, or community development; architecture; civil engineering; landscape architecture; urban design; historic preservation; geography; geographic information systems; housing administration; grant administration; accounting; business management; or research.
