Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate data entry into the NYS Child Advocacy Centers Collaborate database as required by OCFS.
- Maintain the CAC’s CMS database for tracking client information and services, including serving as a liaison between the CAC and Safe Horizon’s Information Systems & Technology team and CAC staff.
- Assist with the timely and accurate data entry into the CAC’s CMS database, including partner case disposition data.
- Oversight of the implementation of the CAC’s Outcome Measurement System (OMS) project, including collecting and entering outcome data into the OMS database.
- Assist with the collection and preparation of data for funder and other reports.
- Affirmatively assist with the submission and reconciliation of FRE and/or physical abuse claim forms to OVS.
- Affirmatively assist with the preparation of data for weekly Case Review meetings.
- Integrate a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, using an anti-oppressive lens, into all aspects of your work.
- Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of data entry and database systems.
- Experience working in non-profit or comparable organizations.
- Experience with relevant data collection systems and reporting requirements, including city, state and federal funding.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
