    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Defined.ai's off-the-shelf and partner dataset marketplace.
    • Research and identify datasets that align with customer requirements, including considerations such as modality, language, geography, volume, quality, metadata, licensing, and other technical specifications.
    • Make recommendations to Presales and other internal stakeholders regarding the most appropriate datasets for customer opportunities.
    • Evaluate and compare datasets based on customer requirements and identify potential gaps or limitations.
    • Maintain familiarity with new datasets as they become available and ensure relevant information is captured internally.
    • Help identify opportunities to expand or improve the available dataset portfolio based on recurring customer requirements.
  • Partner Communication & Data Qualification

    • Document partner responses and ensure important dataset information is available to internal stakeholders.
    • Build effective working relationships with partners while coordinating closely with the Partnerships team.
  • Presales & Customer Opportunity Support
    • Partner with Presales/Solutions teams to understand customer data requirements and identify appropriate datasets.
    • Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer opportunities by providing accurate dataset information and recommendations.
    • Help translate customer requirements into specific dataset searches and recommendations.
    • Work with Presales teams to identify alternative datasets when an initial option does not fully meet customer requirements.
    • Support internal teams in responding to customer questions regarding available data.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate with Presales, Partnerships, Operations, and other stakeholders during presales and post-sales activities involving partner datasets.
    • Help ensure that relevant dataset information is communicated accurately from opportunity development through project execution.
    • Support handoffs between commercial, solutions, partnership, and operational teams.
    • Track outstanding questions, actions, and dependencies related to partner datasets and customer opportunities.
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate records of partner communications and dataset information within the company's CRM and other internal systems.
    • Document partner responses, dataset updates, availability, and other relevant information.
    • Ensure information gathered during customer opportunities and partner discussions is captured for future use.
    • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date marketplace information so internal teams can efficiently identify available data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data, technology, operations, solutions, research, business analysis, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with data specifications, metadata, licensing requirements, or data quality concepts.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, proposals, or customer solution development.
