Project Management

Manage Data Infrastructure and Security projects from initiation through completion. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.

  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Cook up coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout project execution.
  • Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, closeout documents, and reporting requirements.
  • Aid with customer invoicing and ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Oversee project financials, forecasting, labor productivity, and budget performance.

Data Infrastructure

Manage structured cabling, fiber optic, network infrastructure, and low-voltage communication projects. Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA, BICSI, ANSI, NEC, and customer-specific standards.

  • Coordinate installation, testing, certification, and turnover of data infrastructure systems.
  • Support project estimating, procurement, and material management activities.

Security Systems

Manage installation and implementation of Access Control, CCTV, Video Management Systems, Intrusion Detection, and related security technologies. Coordinate system integration activities with customers, manufacturers, and commissioning teams.

  • Ensure security systems are installed, tested, programmed, and commissioned according to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and technology partners to ensure proper deployment and functionality of security solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues throughout project execution.

Leadership & Team Development

Provide leadership and direction to field supervisors, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors. Conduct regular project meetings and workforce planning sessions.

  • Complete performance management activities including coaching, performance reviews, development plans, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Serve as a technical and operational resource for project teams.
  • Promote and enforce company safety standards and best practices.

Client Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, utilities, permitting agencies, and project stakeholders. Represent company professionally throughout all phases of project execution.

  • Support business development efforts through customer engagement and project success.
