Join Hasbro's Marketing Efficiency & Testing team in Renton, WA, a dynamic group dedicated to evaluating marketing investments and customer initiatives. What You Will Do
- Develop and analyze marketing experiments and causal inference studies, including geo-holdouts, A/B tests, and synthetic controls
- Research and apply statistical, machine learning, and experimental methods to business problems
- Build forecasting models and analytical solutions for new and existing products, campaigns, and initiatives
- Integrate data from internal systems, third-party vendors, APIs, and external data providers
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to improve data availability and define requirements for new analytical capabilities
- Communicate findings and recommendations through clear visualizations, presentations, and documentation
- Support the development of Hasbro's marketing data science initiatives
What You Will Bring
- Proficiency with Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, visualization libraries), SQL, and git
- Statistical modeling and experimental design methods
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Proven ability to apply analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to solve business problems
- Experience crafting, analyzing, or interpreting experiments such as A/B tests, holdouts, geo-experiments, and other causal measurement frameworks
- Experience developing customer analytics such as segmentation, retention, acquisition, and lifetime value analyses
- Ability to work with marketing, customer, sales, and digital product data
- Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences and business collaborators
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments and modern data platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
Nice to Have
- Experience measuring marketing efficiency across digital and traditional media channels
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
- Familiarity with major advertising and marketing ecosystems including Amazon and Google
- Experience forecasting demand, sales, customer behavior, or business performance
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, dbt, or related analytics technologies
- Experience collaborating with Data Engineers or ML Engineers to operationalize analytical solutions
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, physics, or another quantitative field
Pay
$102,500 - $153,700 USD. Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.
