About Us

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation. We provide this support free to doctors and patients, helping them get life-changing medicine faster, cheaper, and easier. The resulting network enables biopharma companies to design better research, launch new drugs more effectively, and invest in harder-to-treat conditions.

About The Role

  • Drive strategic projects that require deep data analysis, with accountability for end-to-end execution and business outcomes
  • Sourcing and using industry and market data to shape Forus' go-to-market and growth strategy
  • Leveraging our internal workflow data to predict operational throughput and bottlenecks and prioritize new workflow automations as we scale
  • Prototyping new modeling approaches to AI problems (e.g., outcome prediction and optimization for insurance-related processes) in collaboration with our Engineering team
  • Create and rapidly iterate on externally facing data products for Forus' key partners and actively participate in priority client engagements
  • Build out a unified user interaction model to define Forus' consumer and provider product roadmaps
  • Work directly with our CEO and leadership team as a critical partner in making business decisions as we balance speed of growth and long-term profitability

Ideal Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field or 4+ years of work experience in an analytics-heavy, business-focused role
  • Strong technical background with exceptional ability to do data analysis using SQL and Python, as well as pick up new tools on the fly
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and lead projects with major business impact, collaborating across teams and levels to drive sound decisions
  • Comfortable with zooming in and out of problems, jumping between high-level thinking and granular methods of problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication that allows you to be an effective participant in both internal debates and external relationships
  • High NPS with your former teammates
